Just arrived home from the Blue Mountains. Along with others from Australia and NZ, I've now got my FCBD GS Certification. Yeah!!!!! After 3 days of hard work at the intensive, I have sore tummy muscles from doing lots of belly rolls and practising laybacks. It was great to see so many great dancers on the weekend, and the hugh half circle improv was fantastic to watch when in the chorus.

Having just about a whole year to think about the intensive coming up, it is hard to believe that part is now over and so now it is on to more dancing and building a bigger tribal dance base up here in Newcastle.
