Hi!
Okay, so I know that the Sydney Middle Eastern festival is in May, and the next Tribe and Trance Festival is in September in the Blue Mountains, but what other festivals are happening around Australia this year?

The next Tribal Trance Festival is actually in SYDNEY this time - 6th & 7th September.
I'm eagerly awaiting more info about it, so if anyone knows more.... please share!!
There's at least 15 from W.A. coming over - we've already booked our airfares so we're really keen to know what is happening.

Fri, February 15, 2008 - 10:04 PMThere might be one in Newcastle again this year, called Festival Mystique. Not sure for certain, but Anne Dunstan organised the first one last year. Devi Mamak presented a tribal workshop and Ghawazee Caravan performed on the Saturday night.

Sun, February 17, 2008 - 4:41 PM....there's also *Bahar Bayram*, a 3 day Balkan and Bellydance camp with workshops and nightly performances and dance jams.... held near Murwillumbah in northern NSW in mid October.... here's the website - www.bamedamcamp.com....
and there's a festival in Taree , the mid north coast bellydance festival, that was held in august last year.....

Tribal Blossoms also hosts a biannual event in July in Brisbane called feast of the senses, which started as a concert & workshop and will expand as we move forward -

Bahar Bayram last year had Melusina from Underbelly teaching Tribal Fusion....if that's the particular style you're looking for.... -
