I need some help here please ladies!

How do you go about promoting workshops that you host? I've put notices up on Tribe, Facebook advertised thru the OMEDA e-Bulletin, word of mouth from other dancers. Are there any other avenues that I could be missing?

What do you do?
What do you find most effective?

Many thanks in advance for any ideas.
Amanda :-)

    HI Amanda

have you got your own website? a coming events page is always pretty good to update regularly

I have the old myspace/facebook etc too but nothing beats a good list of emails that you can network and spam on an irregular basis :)

For me a lot of the workshops we host are attended by primarily my students - Brissy's still pretty much a cabaret town in a large sense so for me its about communicating to my girls and determining if there's enough interest - early bird specials always help to confirm numbers too!

    Good luck!
    Dee
